I have extensive knowledge of instructional design processes, UX principles, adult learning theory, and evaluation methods. I am a subject matter expert in Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud. This portfolio showcases three of my instructional design projects in-depth, a gallery of interactive elements, artificial intelligence elements, and multimedia. The three projects highlight my diverse work and creative style. From using simple still animations in the Career Management course to using complex UX design for Software Engineering Mobile Computing and Applications, I have very versatile skills to create cutting-edge unique and engaging instructional designs.

This showcases my typical course development process. The course is based on the expressed need for adult graduate students to understand themselves and their careers, to develop the skills necessary to manage their careers effectively throughout their lifetimes, and to help subordinates manage their own careers.

The students leave this course with a helpful textbook, a personal journey using tools and techniques for peer coaching, and a job aid that they can use throughout their careers.

As an instructional designer for the Software Engineering program, I developed comprehensive course designs for Mobile Computing and Applications, Software Engineering Architecture, Requirements Engineering, Software Engineering Construction, and the Software Engineering Capstone Experience.
